梔子 — Kuchinashi Japanese Green Tea 40g

A fragrant Shizuoka green tea crafted using ichō, a traditional withering process in which freshly picked leaves are allowed to wilt slightly.

This process encourages the leaves’ natural enzymes to develop floral and fruity aromas. Fruity notes and rich umami come together in a refined, elegant cup.

Brewing instructions

Use 4g of tea leaves per 80ml of water.

• First infusion: 70°C for 90 seconds
• Second infusion: 80°C for 90 seconds
• Third infusion: 80°C for 40 seconds

Storage

Before opening, store in a cool, dark place. After opening, keep in an airtight tea caddy and consume promptly to protect the tea from moisture.
