Do you have records you no longer listen to, or a collection you have carefully built over the years? We would love to hear from you. We assess each record with care. If you are thinking of selling, please get in touch by email.

How to enquire by email

To help us assess your records, please send:

  • Photos of your records
    A few photos showing the artists and titles. For larger collections, an overview of the collection is a good starting point.
  • An approximate number of records
    You do not need to count them exactly.
  • Details of their condition
    Please mention any scratches, marks or damage to the records and sleeves, as far as you can.

Once we have reviewed the details, we will explain the next steps for a valuation and sale.

We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and cannot reply to enquiries on those days. We will respond when we reopen.

Record buying Q&A

Q. Do you buy all kinds of records?

Depending on the genre and condition, some records may have no resale value and we may be unable to buy them. This can include records that sold in large quantities at the time but are now in low demand or have little market value. Please feel free to get in touch first to discuss what you have.

Q. How can I sell my records?

We offer in-store buying, postal buying and home visits. We will suggest a suitable option based on the size of your collection and where you live.

Q. Is there a fee for a valuation?

Valuations are generally free. Postage and return postage if you decide not to proceed may vary depending on the number of records and the buying method. We will explain any costs in advance. If we cannot assess your records by email, we will let you know beforehand.

Q. Can you buy a large collection?

Yes, large collections are very welcome. Please let us know roughly how many records you have.

Q. How do you decide how much to offer?

We research current market prices and base our offer on the condition of each record.

Q. When will I be paid?

Once you have accepted our offer, we will pay you promptly.
