A distinctive Shizuoka green tea with aromas reminiscent of kinako, melon and fresh cucumber.

Pronounced sweetness and deep umami are balanced by a remarkably clean finish, leaving a lingering impression of sweet and savoury richness.

Brewing instructions

Use 4g of tea leaves per 80ml of water.

• First infusion: 70°C for 90 seconds
• Second infusion: 80°C for 90 seconds
• Third infusion: 80°C for 40 seconds

Storage

Before opening, store in a cool, dark place. After opening, keep in an airtight tea caddy and consume promptly to protect the tea from moisture.
