Loxarel Cora is a fresh and elegant young white wine from Bodega Loxarel in Penedès, made from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards. A blend of Muscat and Xarel·lo, the grapes are grown at 500–700 metres above sea level, giving the wine a bright and expressive character.

Aromas of white flowers, almond blossom, vineyard peach and a delicate hint of sage. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with ripe fruit, a dry finish and a subtle honeyed touch. Elegant, aromatic and beautifully refreshing.

Winemaking:
The grapes are organically and biodynamically farmed and undergo a 6-hour skin maceration with dry ice to preserve their fresh, primary aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C for several weeks.
