Côtes du Rhône Les Romanins 2022
Côtes du Rhône Les Romanins is a fresh and elegant red wine from Domaine de La Ferme Saint Martin in Beaumes-de-Venise, in the Southern Rhône. Made from Grenache Noir, Syrah and Cinsault, it combines bright red fruit with floral, spicy and aromatic herbal notes.
Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes around 7–8 days of maceration before being bottled, where it rests for a year. Fresh and balanced on the palate, with a soft, savoury character and gentle, pleasant tannins. The finish is delicate, savoury and refreshing.
