About this record
Original copy! Suicide's debut album serves as a powerful post-punk manifesto and undoubtedly stands as the definitive expression of New York's No Wave movement. Alan Vega and Martin Rev deliver their best performances here — with tracks like "Frankie Teardrop," "Cheree," and "Ghost Rider." Released in 1977 on Red Star Records, the album was produced by Craig Leon and Marty Thau.
