About this record
Music From Memory explores the ambient edges of Japan's house and techno scene between 1993 and 1999. Across two LPs, artists including Dub Squad, Akio/Okihide, Web and Riow Arai connect electronic rhythms with drifting textures and expansive melodies. Moving from suspended, spacious pieces to gently propulsive passages, this second Virtual Dreams collection includes a booklet for further context.
